We just purchased our hot tub from Premium Wholesale, we could not be happier. Everything went smoothly, delivery was a little more difficult then expected but the delivery guys were resourceful and got the job done. We have had the spa running now for 2-3 weeks and have been in it every single night. We had some difficulties programming the filter mode, but we called in there service line and spoke with Simon and he walked us through on the phone and offered to come out if we couldn’t get it going, which was not needed, we got it going in a couple minutes and are super happy with the friendly and quick service Simon gave us.
